Earlier last week I reported that Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond confessed to setting Tupac up to be ambushed at Quad Studios in NYC. That incident alone caused the beef between Biggie and Tupac, that resulted in both of them dying so early on in their careers. Recently Jimmy’s publicist Sibrena Stowe de Fernandez denied Jimmy confessing. Well now Jimmy’s attorney Gerald Shargel is saying that Jimmy didn’t confess to anything and he wasn’t even there.
“The statement by the prosecutor that Jimmy Rosemond had confessed or admitted to being involved in the 1994 shooting of Tupac is totally false. He categorically and emphatically denied that he had participation or role in that shooting and that was clear from the outset.”
Gerald says he was there when this confession was supposedly made and he believes the prosecution lied in the courtroom.
“Her statement was positively and absolutely false whether intentional, or not intentional. I think not intentional. She was not the prosecutor who sat in on any of the proffer sessions with Mr. Rosemond.”
Whatever, he did it! He wants to recant his statement because Jimmy is in prison and Tupac fans just may taken their anger out him for contributing in the initial incident that killed a rising star. He did it! Jimmy needs to be the “man” he was that night and stand by his actions! R.I.P. Tupac and R.I.P. Biggie
