Perhaps the only song that adheres to the expected formula carved out by “Return Of The Mack” is a straightforward, four-on-the-floor feel-good anthem for the clubs. A midtempo track with frequent tempo drops and interjections of bass slap. The bouncy track finds Mark singing on top form, “I’m the type of man that loves to fight / Not when wrong just when right / I’m the type of man that gets knocked down / But gets back up, I’m so proud.” The British soul crooner is exuberant throughout. Crooked I’s witty punchlines and vigorous delivery gives the remainder of the track a feel good buoyancy. The Slaughterhouse mouthpiece dropped some of the funniest and cleverest bars, making a verse from movie titles; “Me and my Dogs in a reservoir / I’m Django, I’m Unchained so / I Kill Bill with skill / that’s Forvermore”…. For those who don’t know ”Forvermore” was a true story about killer (not with skill) Karla Faye Tucker that rocked the world years ago. We like this.
