Last December the shooting death of rapper Slim Dunkin took so many by surprise. It was an unnecessary and tragic death, that could have been avoided but unfortunately we can’t turn back the hands in time. Fans were moved by his death and so were fellow rappers. Amongst those mourning rappers are Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka and because they were impacted by Slim Dunkin’s death they are commemorating the next BSM (Brick Squad Monopoly) to him.

The BSM mixtape will be titled “Block Illegal 2″. It will be caring the on “Block Illegal” series that Slim Dunkin had started with his protégé D Dash Bo.
“You know, the mixtape, it’s something that me and my brother had a dream about and we trying to put it all together for the team. We came from the heart with everything on this, turn up,” states D Dash.
“Block Illegal 2″ will feature unheard music from Slim Dunkin. D Dash will have a few songs on the mixtape that will be in memory of Dunkin as well. Waka would also like to develop and promote D Dash as an artist through this mixtape as well. As unfortunate as the death of Dunkin was, his spirit is still thriving through this mixtape and through D Dash.
